I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff were outstanding and always willing to help, the ongoing construction made our stay quite uncomfortable. The location was great, providing easy access to the city, but the noise from the street and the lack of functional air conditioning really took away from the overall experience.

My stay at the boutique hotel was truly exceptional, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service that made me feel at home. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, although I had a slight issue with the water pressure during my stay. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main area, making it easy to explore Queenstown. Although the hotel doesn't offer dinner, their breakfast was delightful, and I appreciated the overall value for my stay.

We had an incredible stay at this boutique hotel where the spacious rooms offered stunning views of the park and mountains. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special, particularly during breakfast. However, there were some design flaws in the room regarding storage space and minor issues with water pressure. Overall, the value was great, especially considering the quality of service and amenities provided.

Our stay was quite mixed. On one hand, the hotel offered great views and a comfortable atmosphere. On the other hand, the ongoing construction was a significant downside that affected our overall experience, particularly with noise and accessibility. While the staff was generally pleasant and accommodating, the conditions of the facilities left a lot to be desired, which made it hard to justify the price.

The room had its moments but was overshadowed by the construction. It was messy and poorly maintained. The lack of functioning air conditioning made it uncomfortable during the day.
Service

Staff was friendly and willing to help, but they couldn't do much to alleviate the issues created by the construction. Their efforts were appreciated.

Breakfast was prepared fresh, but it lacked variety and the quality was not what you'd expect from a boutique hotel. We also encountered some unsanitary conditions during breakfast.

Due to ongoing construction, the facilities felt cramped and cluttered. The lack of a functioning air conditioning system was a major drawback.

However, the construction work outside was a bit of a drawback, affecting the overall ambiance during our stay.
